Tips for the easiest shift to the vegan lifestyle

The shift to a vegan lifestyle can be difficult at first. However, there are various approaches that can help you achieve your goals. Here are some ideas?

  • Weekdays vegan: Someone who follows the vegan diet from Monday to Friday, and eats animal products during the weekend.
  • Vegan before six: Someone who eats the two basic meals of the day without consuming any animal products, but can use animal products in their third, lightest meal of the day (e.g. dinner).
  • Vegan at home: Another transition stage where you don't buy any animal products to eat at home, but you can eat animal products when you eat out at restaurants.
