Beware of the… summer sun
Beware of the… summer sun

Apply your sunscreen half an hour before exposure to the sun, renew it every 2 hours and definitely every time you come out of the sea or do sports. During the summer, when you are exposed to solar radiation, always remember to also wear a hat and glasses. Don’t think that shade completely protect you from the sun.

Don't use sunscreen you bought last year if it hasn't been stored properly. Check the expiry date of the product and the period of time after opening (PAO) that the sunscreen retains its protective properties. Do not use products that appear to have been damaged in the packaging or exposed to high temperatures, especially when they are displayed for sale outside shop premises.

Take care of small children so that they are not exposed to the sun without sunscreen, a hat, glasses and a light-colored t-shirt that covers their body. Don't forget to put sunscreen on their nose and ears. Babies under 6 months old are not allowed to be exposed to the sun.
