Body exfoliating


  • 2 mugs of white sugar
  • 3 table spoons of grated fresh ginger
  • A few green tea leaves soaked in lukewarm water


You put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until it is a smooth mixture. You apply into clean wet skin. You massage the whole body with soft circular movements, applying extra pressure on the elbows and the soles of your feet. You rinse with water and you apply your body moisturiser.

Body moisturizing


  • 1 tea spoon of honey
  • 2 tea spoons of glycerine
  • 2 tea spoons of green tea


You mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth and massage it on clean skin. You can leave it to absorb on your skin for some time or even during the night and you rinse the next morning.
