  1. Walnuts: Walnuts are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin Ε. Omega-3 fatty acids have a natural anti-inflammatory effect, making the skin look more youthful and renewed. Add some walnuts to your breakfast or salads, or eat them as a snack during the day.
  2. Fresh peppers: One of the most basic mechanisms of aging is oxidative stress, through the production of free radicals in our body.   4. Organic eggs: Eggs contain biotin, a vitamin that is necessary for healthy hair and nails, while recent studies have shown it can also protect the skin from signs of aging and dryness.
  5. Avocado: Avocados are a skin superfood, as they are rich in vitamin Ε, monounsaturated fats and folic acid. Due to their unsaturated fatty acid content, avocados boost the uptake of fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A and antioxidants from other foods. Add it to salads, main meals and smoothies.
  6. Water: Water is one of the most important things in our diet, for our skin and our body as a whole. Drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water per day contributes to the removal of toxins from the body, as well as firming the skin, which is made up of 60-70% water.
