A superfood in your glass

Pomegranate has always been linked to life, wealth, fertility and good fortune. Its red seeds contain antioxidant properties, vitamins A, C and E, iron, potassium and fibre, all valuable ingredients that make pomegranates a superfood. It has multiple health benefits as it stimulates the immune system and protects against a range of conditions. In addition, in cosmetology it has been used since antiquity, as it rejuvenates the skin and protects it against premature aging and damage caused by solar radiation.

Recipe for antioxidant pomegranate smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

½ cup dried blueberries

1 cup fresh pomegranate juice

1 cup yoghurt

½ cup pomegranate

1 tbsp honey


How to prepare:
Mix the blueberries, yoghurt, pomegranate juice and honey in a blender. As soon as it becomes creamy, add the pomegranate and mix for 10'. Enjoy the smoothie for breakfast or as an afternoon snack, to take in a large percentage of your daily antioxidant and vitamin requirements.
