Easy and nutritious mango smoothie

To prepare three servings you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 large mango, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup 2% yogurt or kefir
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon stevia (optional)
  • 1-2 mint leaves


Place all the ingredients except the mint in a blender and mix well. The mixture is ready when it has the characteristic smoothie texture. Serve in three glasses and garnish with a little mint. Enjoy!
