Fruit granita for coolness with few calories

As long as the temperature is high, we need something refreshing. Fruit granites, are tasty and delicious, and contribute to the necessary hydration of the body, as they contain a high percentage of water. With their fluffy texture, fruity taste, aroma and coolness, they satisfy our thirst and the need for something sweet at the same time.

You will need:
• 750 grams of juice of any fruit
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of water
• a few drops of lemon juice

Boil the water with the sugar to make the syrup and leave it to cool. Mash the fruit in a blender and fill 2 cups with the pulp. Put the fruit pulp with the syrup together again in the blender and beat until mixed.
If you choose the special cases for granita, as soon as the mixture freezes the granita is ready.
If you use ice packs, once the mixture is frozen, beat it in the blender.
If you choose to put the mixture in a rectangular pan, then, before it freezes well, take out the mixture, beat it in the blender, put it back in the pan and put it back in the freezer. When frozen, serve it as ice cream, ideally on a stick.
