Intermittent fasting for quick, effective weight loss

"One of the most talked about trends in fitness and diet began in the States and is called intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is based on defining a specific time-frame where you consume all of your meals for the day. During the rest of the hours of the day, you steer clear of anything that contains energy or calories. This method has been proven to have unique benefits on our health, including prevention, metabolic health, and even longevity.

I wanted to try out this new way of eating, so I put together a personalised diet plan based on my needs. So, I take in all my daily calories in just 6 hours every day, only consuming water and beverages with no sugar or milk during the remaining 18 hours of the day.

Through this dietary approach, I managed to decrease my body fat and increase my energy levels. My main fear, which was that I would feel hungry all the time, was balanced from the very first day. This is an ideal choice for people who struggle with eating meals early in the day, even though they have been told by the scientific community that they are making a mistake by avoiding breakfast. Intermittent fasting teaches us what we already know from human nature: that humans ate only when food was available.
