  2. Eat: Keep your blood sugar levels up so you feel comfortable during your treatment. The vitamins and minerals present in the IV might provoke nausea if suffused on an empty stomach.
  3. Get Moving: As we increase our movement, we generate heat, the more heat, the more our vessels dilate.

  1. Hydrate lightly: Keep hydrating on a reasonable pace to avoid nausea.
  2. Eat lightly: As you may experience slight dizziness, its recommended to avoid heavy foods. We suggest to eat lighter foods such as soup, cereal bar, a fruit or a smoothie and avoid spicy and very salty foods.
  3. Avoid the use of other dietary supplements after the IV treatment.

  • Eat small, frequent meals

Where energy is the issue, it's better to eat small meals and snacks every few hours than three large meals a day.
