The SYMMETRIA® Private Members Club recognises your continued trust with reward points, privileged access and selected benefits. Your annual spend determines your membership level and the privileges available to you.
With four levels — Member, Insider, Patron and Founder's Circle — the programme brings a more personal dimension to your experience at SYMMETRIA®. Each level offers its own points earning rate and a range of benefits, from birthday privileges to dedicated support.
Membership begins at Member level. As your annual spend increases, you can progress to Insider, Patron or Founder's Circle. When you move to a higher level, its additional benefits become available immediately. Benefits already used are not granted again following an upgrade.

· Your membership level and its benefits are valid for 12 months from the date that level is acquired or upgraded.
· Annual benefits do not carry over to the next membership period.

The following levels set out the annual spending bands and the benefits available at each level. All privileges are subject to the membership terms and conditions.
Annual spend: €0–€1,500
· 5% back in points on treatments

· 50 Birthday Points
Annual spend: €1,501–€3,500
· 8% back in points on treatments
· 8% back in points on products
· 80 Birthday Points and a Birthday Surprise
· Invitation to one private members event per year
Annual spend: €3,501–€25,000
· 10% back in points on treatments and products
· Early access to new protocols and access to new products
· 100 Birthday Points and a Birthday Surprise
· One Medical Wellness Consultation per year
· Priority Booking and access to the VIP Number
· Invitations to two private members events per year
· One Treatment For Two benefit per year
Annual spend: €25,001 and above
· 12% back in points on treatments and 10% on products
· Early access to new protocols and access to new products
· One complimentary new treatment per year
· 100 Birthday Points, a Birthday Surprise and a Birthday Gift
· Two Medical Wellness Consultations per year
· Priority Booking and access to the VIP Number
· A Dedicated Coordinator and access to private covered parking
· Invitations to all private members events
· Two Treatment For Two benefits per year
Reward points
Your points earning rate depends on your membership level and whether you are purchasing a treatment or a product. Rates start at 5% for Members and reach 12% on treatments for Founder's Circle members. Points and their use are subject to the programme's applicable terms.
Early access to new protocols
Patron and Founder's Circle members receive priority access to new SYMMETRIA® protocols before they become more widely available.
Access to new products
Patron and Founder's Circle members enjoy privileged access to new products, subject to availability and launch schedules.
Complimentary new treatment
Founder's Circle members receive one complimentary new treatment per membership year. This benefit is available by appointment, subject to availability and approval by the treating physician.
Birthday benefits
Birthday Points and additional birthday privileges vary by membership level. All birthday benefits are valid for 30 days from the member's birthday.
Medical Wellness Consultation
Patron members receive one Medical Wellness Consultation per membership year; Founder's Circle members receive two. Consultations are available by appointment and subject to availability.
Priority Booking
Patron and Founder's Circle members receive priority on the waiting list and are notified first when a cancellation or an available appointment matches their preferred date and time.
VIP Number
Patron and Founder's Circle members have access to the SYMMETRIA® VIP contact number for membership support.
Dedicated Coordinator
Founder's Circle members have a dedicated point of contact to support and coordinate their experience at SYMMETRIA®.
Private members events
Invitations are offered to members at the relevant membership level. Attendance must be confirmed within the stated deadline, as places are limited.
Private covered parking
Founder's Circle members have access to private covered parking, subject to availability and SYMMETRIA® arrangements.
Treatment For Two
This benefit allows members to share a selected treatment experience with a guest. It is available once per membership year for Patron members and twice for Founder's Circle members. The accompanying guest must not have visited SYMMETRIA® within the previous 24 months.
Medical assessment
Every treatment requires approval by the treating physician. SYMMETRIA® may modify or replace a treatment for safety reasons or according to medical indications.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership level and its associated benefits are valid for 12 months from the date the level is acquired or upgraded.
What happens when I move to a higher level?
The additional benefits of your new level become available immediately. Benefits you have already used are not granted again following the upgrade.
Do unused benefits carry over?
No. Membership benefits are annual and do not carry over to the next membership period.
Can I transfer my benefits to someone else?
Benefits are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be resold or exchanged for cash, products or other services unless SYMMETRIA® expressly states otherwise. Treatment For Two is subject to its specific guest conditions.
Can I combine membership benefits with another offer?
Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or special discounts unless expressly stated by SYMMETRIA®.
What happens if I cancel a complimentary service?
If you cancel late or do not attend, in accordance with the clinic's cancellation policy, the complimentary service is considered used.
What happens if I do not visit for an extended period?
If no visits are recorded for 24 months, your membership automatically returns to Member level.
Membership duration. Membership status and the corresponding privileges are valid for 12 months from the date the membership level is acquired or upgraded.
Level upgrades. When a member is upgraded during the year, only the additional privileges of the new level become available immediately. Benefits already used are not granted again.
Level downgrades. If no visits are recorded for 24 months, membership automatically returns to Member level.
Unused benefits. All membership privileges are annual and do not carry over to the next period.
Personal use. Membership privileges are strictly personal and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash, products or other services unless otherwise stated by SYMMETRIA®.
Complimentary benefits. All complimentary treatments, assessments, vouchers and upgrades are provided by appointment, subject to availability. They cannot be exchanged for another benefit or monetary value.
Cancellations. In the event of late cancellation or failure to attend, in accordance with the clinic's policy, the complimentary service will be considered used.
Birthday benefits. Birthday benefits are valid for 30 days from the member's birthday.
Treatment For Two. This benefit may be used as many times as provided by the membership level. It applies to an accompanying guest who has not visited SYMMETRIA® within the previous 24 months.
Priority Booking. Eligible members receive priority on the waiting list and are notified first in the event of a cancellation or appointment availability for their preferred date and time.
Events. Invitations are sent exclusively to members of the relevant membership level. Attendance must be confirmed within the deadline set by SYMMETRIA®, as places are limited.

Changes to the programme. SYMMETRIA® reserves the right to modify or update the terms and privileges of the Membership Club at any time, without affecting benefits already used.
Interpretation. The final interpretation of the terms and privileges of the programme rests exclusively with SYMMETRIA®.
