Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring both the smooth operation of the front desk and a personalized, premium hospitality experience, in line with SYMMETRIA®'s philosophy of Minimum Intervention, Maximum Effect™.

Key responsibilities

    Welcome and check-in/check-out of members and guests

    Manage bookings (calendar/booking system)

    Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

    Manage front desk transactions/charges where required

    Maintain member records (details, memberships, renewals, preferences)

    Control access (members and invited guests only)

    Maintain order, presentation, and supplies at the front desk area

    Deliver a personalized welcome, recognizing members by name and preferences

    Inform members of new services, events, and offerings

    Handle first-level complaints or requests with discretion and tact

    Uphold the exclusivity and atmosphere expected of a private members club

    Maintain confidentiality

Candidate profile

    Prior experience in front desk/guest relations, ideally within luxury hospitality, airlines, private clubs, or wellness/aesthetic settings

    Excellent communication skills, and discretion

    Knowledge of English (additional languages a plus)

    Familiarity with booking/CRM systems

    Ability to multitask in a demanding, premium environment

Support the clinical team in the day-to-day operation of the practice, with a focus on accurate patient assessment, treatment preparation, and maintaining the highest standard of care, in line with our philosophy of Minimum Intervention, Maximum Effect™.

Key responsibilities

    Patient reception and initial assessment (medical history, indications/contraindications)

    Supporting physicians during treatments, both invasive and non-invasive protocols

    Maintaining medical records and documenting treatments according to clinic protocols

    Informing patients about procedures, expected outcomes, and aftercare

    Participating in internal training sessions and staying updated on new protocols/products

    Collaborating with front desk and nursing staff to ensure smooth appointment flow

    Adhering to hygiene, safety, and ethical/professional standards

Candidate profile

    Medical degree (University) — valid medical license

    Specialization in progress or waiting to start— prior experience is a plus but not required

    Genuine interest in one or more of: Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, General Medicine, Precision Medicine, Medical Wellness & Longevity

    Knowledge of English (additional languages a plus)

    Professionalism, discretion, and a strong drive for continuous learning

    Excellent communication skills with patients in a premium, private-practice setting
