October is the month designated by the World Health Organization as "Breast Cancer Prevention & Awareness Month" and October 25th is World Breast Cancer Day.
SYMMETRIA® has brought forth an array of initiatives in respect to the battle against breast cancer awareness, particularly in respect to its collaboration with the I Live For Me non-profit organization.
SYMMETRIA® Goes Pink
This year is no exception to our tradition of illuminating our premises in Athens with pink as a reminder of the importance of prevention and early diagnosis of breast cancer.
A Touch of Pink
We have also added pink touches to our website and logo in order to raise awareness for this worthwhile cause. In addition, all clients and doctors will wear pink masks for this month.
SYMMETRIA® & I Live For Me Non-Profit Organization
SYMMETRIA®, in the framework of its corporate social responsibility program, also supports I LIVE FOR ME , a non-profit organization for the support of people with cancer and other chronic diseases. The organization carries out several actions, including online information and campaigns aimed at raising public awareness on the importance of cancer prevention.

5 distinguished women, each in their respective fields share their birth dates with us. What do these women have in common? The scope of this initiative is to prompt women to use their birthdays as a reminder to get their annual mammogram.
