FIRST VISIT

We will send you an email via a secure link, whereby you will have to fill in your data and medical history. Then you will send us three photos of your face taken with your phone; one facing head on, one facing to the right and one facing to the left, with a plain background.

As soon as we get all the above information from you, we will book your appointment for your first visit - which usually lasts 60 mins.

As soon as you arrive you will be tested for Covid and a specialist from our team will go through your medical history file. The second step is the examination with the Visia Skin analysis system (if your concern is your face), which is the most scientific way to diagnose skin problems down to the deepest layers. In the context of upgrading the level of our services, SYMMETRIA is now using revolutionary technology that offers the ability to attain a better, more precise image of the results each treatment would have on your face. As a result, SYMMETRIA has invested in the CRISALIX app., which is an innovative method that can show you what your face will look like after a treatment via high-resolution and high-precision 3D visualizations.

If your main concern is your body, then a body analysis procedure will take place and measurements will follow.

After the medical examination, the team will recommend a tailor-made protocol with the appropriate treatments and combination of specialized skincare products that will offer you results beyond your expectations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Please note that late arrivals for any service will limit the length of treatment
and full treatment costs apply.
If you need to cancel or change your treatment, please inform us 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Without proper notification or in case of non-arrival, the full treatment fee will be charged.
A minimum age of 18 years is required. For under 18years old we will need your next of consent to proceed with a treatment.
We do not perform treatments on pregnant women.
To respect the privacy of others, no photographs, videos or other social media recordings are allowed inside our facilities, unless you ask for permision.
Please do not bring valuables with you. We do not accept any responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto the premises.
It is recommended for men to shave prior to a facial treatment.
